Winter is over.

Well folks, winter is over and it's time to hit the road again. (finely)

We are picking up, cleaning up, washing, and waxing everything to get ready for the road. We will leave San Benito on May, 2nd and make the long trek to Corpus Christy..(about 150 miles) Don't want to get in too big a hurry. We will probably spend 2 or 3 days there then head up to Whortin TX. (another 150 miles) We will likely spend 2 to 3 days there also.

Next we will stop in San Antonio for a couple of days and visit friends. From there we will head for Deming NM and should arrive there mid to late May. After that we are not sure yet.

On a recent Geocaching adventure we ran into this little guy. Dee was pretty sure he wanted to go with us, but I finely convinced her that he was very happy where he was. He would probably miss his ma anyway..

Yeah, It is me now, the Dee!! Ha ha Yes, I did want that Turtle sssooo bad. I had a real fight with my inner little girl telling me to take it (ok, she was crying for the Turtle) and then there was the adult me that kept reminding myself that it will shit all over the RV. It will NOT be happy in a confined area, and it will NOT like walking on a leash. So I let Chuck talk me out of it. But not before I picked it up and it pooped all over me. Guess my little girl did not get her way!! See the fun we have while we Geo Cache!!

After we get our little rolling apt cleaned and scrubbed we are going to have to go a day next week and do some more caching. We are going to do a lot in Corpus Christy as it seems to be a Geo Caching Mecca.

I have lost 50 pounds so far. I figure I have about 40 or 50 to go and then Chuck can have himself a trophy wife. Well, a half of a trophy wife, I think I might me a bit old for much of a trophy, but the thought is there. Chuck, he does not seem to mind either way. He has been very helpful to me lately in making me think about what I am doing before I hurt myself. This is good.

We are so looking forward to getting on the road again and seeing things. I guess I better go now as Survivor is almost on. Take care of your loved ones and make sure to let them know you love them.

That's about it for now..

See Ya down the road!
